if only i had planned the friendlies and informed the other people earlier...only 6 people including me managed to turn up for today's soccer. all the smses sent have gone to waste. uhh. as chelston have repeated time and time again,"organiser come the latest some more," it just made things worse. but i was a tad lucky that i could go, my 'ahma' explained that the weather was really hot (if only i had followed her), but since ive already missed the previous meeting bcoz of rain, i noe i got to go for this. besides, i was the one who organised this. id be made a laughing stock if i dont turn up.
the weather was FRIGGIN' HOT, so hot, you could literally fry your egg on the ground. hahaha. seriously though, the soccer courts were searing hot, and i ended up being slightly sunburnt. good thing is, UV rays contain vitamin d. hehe, whatever. we had great fun ramming the ball here and there, and scoring spectacular goals. we also played with the SP people. the first match, we won 3-2 thanks to a deflected shot. then came the second one. we were thrashed 3-0. i dont wish to talk about it coz i missed BILLIONS of chances, including a one-on-one. then, we got exhausted and decided to proceed to kfc to have a short break. after that, we moved on to the other soccer court that's located near the food court. blah blah blah. we then sat down and did nonsensical stuff. we initiated a farewell match for munir as it was his last time we are going to see him until next year, but he refused. the reason? "CANNOT LAH! TOO TIRED!"
at about 5.30, we headed home. overall, i had a FINE day today, and i hope everyone have had a GOOD day also. =D
